| I always enjoy plays at the Arts and Culture Centre in Lab City. I plan on going next week and the week after. How much are the tickets for seniors?

| My wife and I saw Revue 2009 Thursday, and while the show was good it was difficult to enjoy due to the seating. Too many seats squat together, no leg room and a VERY uncomfortable. Ridiculous! Just greedy!
GLAD TO HEAR THAT YOU ENJOYED THE SHOW, BUT SOMEWHAT CONFUSED ABOUT YOUR COMMENTS TO DO WITH THE SEATING - WE HAVE JUST SPEND A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY REPLACING THE SEATS AND CARPETS IN THE CORNER BROOK CENTRE, BUT DIDN'T CHANGE THE NUMBER OR LAYOUT OF THE THEATRE SEATS. |

| Enjoy going to the ACC very much but I do feel that the washroom facilities are very,very inadequate for the number of individuals that you accomodate.GLAD TO HEAR THAT YOU ARE A REGULAR PATRON OF THE CENTRE - RE LADIES WASHROOMS, THERE ARE MORE THAN THE REQUIRED NUMBER AVAILABLE - IN FACT,TWO YEARS AGO WE ADDED A NEW WASHROOM WITH FIVE STALL IN THE NORTH END OD THE UPPER CONCOURSE, FOR A TOTAL OF ELEVEN STALLS IN THE THEATRE AREA. |

| Sorry but not only do you STILL no have on-line ordering like the rest of the world but $50.00 for Vinyl Cafe is a bit of a rip-off.

Re our inability to offer online ticketing - you might recall that a year or so ago, there were a number of security breaches in various government email/computer systems - at that time our electronic ordering was discontinued - we are in the process of acquiring a new Box Office system, to address the security and privacy issues.
With regard the Vinyl Cafe - this is a rental show - this means that the promoter of the show sets the ticket prices, not the Arts and Culture Centre. - they tell me that this price is in line with what they are charging elsewhere in Canada.

| The Sept 17th production of 'Tuesdays with Morrie' was absolutely amazing; a very heart-warming and thought provoking story. Incredible performances by both 'Mitch' and, most especially, 'Morrie'! |
